Statutory insurance
Miracar provides statutoty insurance included in the price of each rental. It covers liability for damage caused by operating a motor vehicle, in accordance with the conditions of the Car hire contract. The maximum coverage amount is 50 000 0000,- CZK-
CDW
This type of insurance will get you rid of financial liability for demaginge the car or any of its pats. Your liability will be limited with participation according to the Car hire contract. Basic participation is 10% min 10 000,- CZK
TP
This type of insurance will get you rid of financial liability in case the vehicle gets lost or damaged due to theft o vandalism. Your liability will be limited with participation according to the Car hire contract. Basic participation is 10% min 10 000,- CZK
PAI
Personal accident insurance applies to all persons in the car.
Important!
- In case of accident Police must be called, otherwise the hirer is obliged to pay all costs.
- Insurance company does not cover costs in following cases:
a) the damage was caused intentionally
b) under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medication o other substances
c) when the car was used unrightfully, without valid driver's licence or if the car was used to commit a crime
