How to rent
Miracar offers 3 options of reservation:

In case of email and on-line reservation, confirmation by email will be sent as soon as possible.
Deliver and hand over of the vehicle
Vehicle will be delevered to the hirer's adress or hotel fo free.In case of airport delivery, Miracar employee waits at the arrival hall. Vehicle is delivered with full tank in perfect technical conditions. Rental agreement protocol is handed over along with the vehicle.
Drop off of the vehicle
Vehicle is handed over to Miracar employee at hirer's adress / hotel / airpot. The vehicle is returned with full tank, otherwise the hirer is obliged to pay refuelling fee and full price for missing fuel in accordance with topical fuel prices.
Price of rental always include:
- Statutory insurance
- Collision damage waiver CDW 10%, min. 10 000,- Kč responsibility
- Insurance for theft and vandalism 10 %, min 10 000,- Kč reposibility
- Highway fees
In case of any accident it is necessary to call Police and fill up the Accident procotol, that is in placed in all Miracar cars.
Insurance does not cover these cases:
- the damage was caused intentionally
- under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medicine.
- when the car was used unrightfully, without valid driver's licence or if the car was used to commit a crime
Deposts and payment for rental:
Deposit is required when reserved vehicle is handed over to the hirer. When vehicle is returned with no damages, deposit is returned to the hirer.
Frequent customers do not pay any deposit.
